New condition, not longstanding, as a result of recent retirement.

I am so pleased that I spoke to Ellen Hand, she is a very good listener, she made me feel at ease, and I divulged things to her I could not have told others close to me. She came back to me, as she promised, and explained her findings to me with care and consideration. She is a credit to her profession, and as a result I can move on with my life. Thank you Ellen. So to conclude relating to improvements, nothing in my opinion.

Sally my therapist was beyond incredible! My sessions with her have been life changing!! EDMR treatment has been a game changer I have my life back and has helped on so many levels. I can’t thank her and your self enough

Crisis team are not helpful in a Crisis. There are so many layers to get through before you can speak to someone. So many questions most of which are not relevant to the current situation. Staff don't look at notes but prefer you to keep repeating yourself over and over again to different people to get passed along the system. . To answer all there questions. Once you get past all this. they just refer you to sanctuary. Or do a referral to iaps. There is no emotional support in Crisis and they say if your calling your not suicidal because suicidal people Don't ask for help. Its distressing trying to access services and support in Crisis. then to be causes so much stress on top of it just asking for help. It makes a bad situation worse.

I have mixed dementia and atrial fibrillation

The only thing that niggled me was one service user who disrupted the session/s by being late and kept interrupting. I found it difficult to concentrate when this happened.
